Baajiwala Terms & Conditions — Transparent, straightforward, and in plain English

1 General Overview

Baajiwala is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform. It operates for users in Bangladesh and supports local mobile banking methods — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

By using Baajiwala's services, you confirm that you are participating on this platform of your own free will and with full awareness. We want to be upfront: online betting and gaming carry inherent risk. No guarantee of winnings is given, nor can one ever be.

Baajiwala's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy apply alongside these terms and conditions. Together, they form the complete agreement.

2 Account Opening Requirements

To open an account with Baajiwala, the following requirements must be met:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• A valid phone number is required (Bangladeshi number)
• You must provide your real name and date of birth — providing false information may result in your account being suspended.
• Each person may register only one account — multiple accounts are not permitted
• Accounts may not be operated on behalf of or as a proxy for another person

It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide at registration is accurate. If you need to update any details, contact the support team. Baajiwala will not be liable for any withdrawal holds or account issues arising from incorrect information.

Completing the KYC (account verification) process is not mandatory at the start, but it will be required once your withdrawal amount exceeds a certain threshold. Verification can be done with your National ID (NID) and a selfie.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on Baajiwala are processed through Bangladesh's widely used mobile banking services. See the table below for the applicable limits:

Baajiwala does not charge any withdrawal fees. However, your mobile banking provider (bKash, Nagad, etc.) may apply their own transaction charges — those are governed by their respective policies.

Funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Withdrawing to a different method may require additional verification.

4 Betting Rules

There are a few key rules to follow when placing bets at Baajiwala:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — the only exception is if the cash-out feature is available and active for that particular bet.
• Odds for bets placed before a match begins are determined by the odds at the time of confirmation
• Odds in live betting change rapidly — the odds displayed when you place a bet may shift before confirmation
• If match data is delayed due to technical reasons, bet confirmation may also be delayed — this is a normal part of how the system operates.
• If a match or event is cancelled or left incomplete, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

If there is an error related to odds (such as clearly incorrect odds being published), Baajiwala reserves the right to void the affected bet. In such cases, the full stake will be refunded. However, normal market fluctuations will not be considered "incorrect odds".

Maximum bet limits vary across different matches and markets. Unusually large bets may be automatically flagged by the system for review.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Baajiwala offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Before using any of these offers, here's what you need to know:

• Every bonus has its own wagering requirements — a bonus cannot be withdrawn directly upon receipt; it must be wagered a specified number of times
• There is a set time limit to complete wagering requirements — once expired, the bonus will be cancelled
• Wagering must be completed before winnings earned from a bonus can be converted to real money
• Claiming the same bonus on two accounts is prohibited — if detected, the bonus on both accounts will be voided
• Baajiwala reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus program at any time and without prior reason

6 Lottery & Jackpot

Separate terms apply for participation in Baajiwala's lottery and jackpot section:

• Once an entry is purchased, it cannot be cancelled — no refund is issued until the draw has been completed.
• If a draw is cancelled — for example, due to a technical issue — all entry amounts will be fully refunded
• Prizes must be claimed within 72 hours of winning — unclaimed prizes will be returned to the prize pool.
• Draw results are determined by a certified RNG — no party can alter the outcome in anyone's favour
• Prize funds will only be sent to the winner's own verified account

For large prizes — generally over ৳5 lakh — winner identity verification is mandatory. Funds will not be released until verification is complete. This process typically takes 24–48 hours.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Baajiwala. Engaging in them may result in account termination and forfeiture of all winnings:

• Opening multiple accounts or using someone else's account
• Exploiting the bonus system to gain an unfair advantage (bonus abuse)
• Providing false or inaccurate information on your account
• Placing bets using hacking, bots, or any automated software
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information
• Threatening or defrauding other users
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes

Baajiwala uses automated systems to detect suspicious activity. If an account is flagged as suspicious, it may be restricted until an investigation is complete.

8 Account Closure

You can close your account at any time by contacting the support team, who will complete the process for you. You will have the opportunity to withdraw your balance before the account is closed.

As part of its responsible gaming commitment, Baajiwala offers a self-exclusion option — you can exclude yourself from the platform for 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently.

Baajiwala may close an account under the following circumstances:

• If a rule violation is proven
• If false information is proven
• By court order or direction of law enforcement authorities
• Extended period of inactivity (more than 2 years)

If an account is closed due to a rule violation, any rewards earned through manipulation or under dispute may be forfeited. However, your own genuine deposited balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned.

9 Limitation of Liability

Baajiwala strives to keep the platform running at all times, but cannot be held responsible for the following:

• Losing a bet due to internet disconnection
• Data loss caused by issues with your device or browser
• Delays or failures on the part of third-party payment providers
• Unexpected server downtime — in such cases, the stakes for any affected bets will be refunded.

Baajiwala does not and cannot guarantee any "sure winnings" from betting or gaming. Betting is an activity that carries risk — every user is responsible for making their own informed decisions.

10 Rule Changes

Baajiwala may update these Terms & Conditions as needed. Users will be notified of major changes in advance via in-app notification or SMS.

Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, you have the right to close your account.
